Opening&Keynote Speakers

In the morning of October 23, 2021, Prof. Haitao Liu, from Guangdong Ocean University, China made the opening remarks. And Prof. Derong Liu (IEEE Fellow), from Guangdong University of Technology, China, Prof. Yang Gao, from University of Surrey, UK, Prof. Xinyu Liu, from University of Toronto, Canada, and Prof. Wenxue Wang, from Shenyang Institute of Automation, CAS, China made the keynote speeches, respectively.
